My daughter loves this! Shes great at putting the letters in order. Would gladly give 4/5 stars if it werent for the main page of ads. I paid for the full version so as not to have the ads. My daughter is able to select her own games while using the iPad but doesnt know enough not to click the giant links on the main page that take you to the app store... So if Im not careful she can purchase anything she wants if my password has recently been stored. Please take the ads off the full version and Ill redo your stars.

The description states that letter sounds will be worked on in this app. I saw no evidence of letter sounds being used, nor could I find a setting to turn it on. I think the spelling portion is great for my classroom unfortunately I wont show it to my students as they are learning to associate letter sounds to letters not their letter names.

What a great way to combine having fun and learning. very friendly UI for kids, my daughter will do any chore, just to let her keep playing the game after, thats how addictive and fun the game is. As a parents I will recommend it to any parent with Kindergarten kid. it offers a lot of fun games and lesions that you cant resist .

Many childrens apps online just allow for playing games. I love the act that 22Learn has taken the initiative to develop these learning games. Great for kids just learning to spell. My kids love Abby Monkey!

Entertaining cartoon animations and positive feedback re-enforces my daughter each time she has a success. Great job!

A great app for kindergarten age children to learn letters, spelling, and reading. My daughter loves playing each of the 3 games and is learning something new each time she plays. Kudos to the developers of this game as it is very well designed.

Highly recommended! This app is very engaging, and really simple to learn. In a day when theres a number of apps you dont your kids to be using, I recommend this app, and would feel comfortable letting my kids use this app for a long time!

The app is laid out beautifully. The ui is very friendly for little children. My son loves the app and will do practically anything to spend more time on it. I like this because while he is playing he is learning at the same time. As a parent I would recommend this app to any parent with kindergarteners.

great app, but why is the x missing from tracing ABCs?

I wish I had not wasted my money on this app before realizing the bad habits the tracing portion was. This app teaches children to use three different strokes to create the lowercase M, which should only be one fluid stroke. Im surprised how many good reviews are on this, clearly its not designed by an educator.

This app is the best for any parent. Learning, fun and pasts the time allowing for the creative juices of a young child to continue to flow and to grow. My soon to be three year old is in love with this app. He love animals and because of that this app is right for him. Great job with this app.

The free version is exactly the same as the 1.99 pay version so dont be tricked like I did and buy the full version....so lame! I want my money back!

I like the game and so does my son. BUT the only thing I dont like is that the opening screen has so many other games that you can buy along with the "start>>>>" button. So, my son who is 3 yo. looks at all the pretty pictures/colors of the other boxes and touches them first if I am not looking or his arm might brush over one of the other boxes and it takes him to internet screen of the company that makes the game to purchase another game. This is frustrating when he is playing with my ipad and Im not looking b/c he thinks hes at a new game but hes not. Unfortunately ALL the games by this company have 8 to 10 solicitations for other games on their opening screen and a very small "start" button to push to start the game.

This app is great for letting toddlers work on letter recognition and word matching. However, I was really disappointed with the first screen that pops up every time my child chooses the app. It has the word "start" that needs to be touched, which is fine, but it is surrounded by much larger (more colorful and exciting) squares which lead you to the app store to buy more apps. This formatting is worse than the candy in the checkout line. The app designers need to be a little more subtle and take a hint from their competitors. I am considering deleting...

I bought this version after trying the lite one, and I must say that the full version makes such a big difference! As opposed to the lite version, where there are only 17, there are 80 animals in the full version! Definitely worth the money! My son loves this!

My preschool daughter loves apps with monkeys. This is the third app with Abby the monkey which I bought for her. She is so excited and probably will go to bed with her iPad tonight. I can strongly recommend and looking forward for next Abbys apps. Today I bought a new title with ABBY and its also so amazing as this one. I am quite sure that my daughter would also love it! She plays with it every day for a month! Thanks for such great apps!

My daughter enjoys the game but like was already mentioned in a previous review the opening screen is covered by seven ads for the developers other apps in addition to the start button. I can accept this in a free app but in a paid version it makes no sense. The developers have obviously never tried to let a toddler use the game in testing. I could never purchase another app from this dev nor can I recommend buying this one. I would probably rate it 3 stars without this screen and worth the $2 but Id spend my money elsewhere first.
